BIO

I'll spare you the usual biography.

I am a double bass player.
I was born and grown in Bari, in the south of Italy. I’ve been living there for 30 years after that I went in the north of Italy.
I lived a happy time, in terms of music, until I moved.

I studied classical and jazz with various teachers, especially with Furio Di Castri, but also with Bruno Tommaso, at Siena Jazz, where I received a scholarship.
Then I followed various masterclasses and workshop with, among others, Gary Peacock and Palle Danielsson.
I have made a lot of things, I have played a lot, I have taught, I have recorded my first CD with Paolo Fresu as guest.

Then I got lost myself somewhere.

Yes, I raised two daughters, had several jobs, but indeed I lost myself inside my head.

Luckily for me, despite great difficulties, I have been always in touch with music.

Now I decided to give me a second chance: THE SECOND APPLE
